Telkom never cease to amaze me

Telkom never cease to amaze me. Their network coverage or connectivity is not only slow for it's customers but even for it's service agents. Just to check if the problem am experiencing is with my router or coverage based, it forever for the service agent to check because her systems were slow and taking forever. After 45min still my problem was never resolved and have no answers I was looking for...
