Telkom never attend to complaints you wait an hr for them to answer your call

<p>i have not been able to use data i pay for every month because my phone doesnt have internet access anymore. ive been complaining since 01 November 2016 till to date my query is not resolved and im still paying for data i cant use. when i call to get feedback i have to wait an hour for them to pick up my calls. Telkom has terrible service the worst infact. they dont value their clients at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you so kinldy</p> <p>Shu</p>
