TelKom never answers their customer support line

<p>I have spent a total of 1. 45 min waiting just for the sales department to answer the phone and still nothing. Do they want new buisness. They are so slack they dont even answer their phone. and when they do you just get pushed from pillar to post and nothiong gets done. </p>
