TELKOM NEVER ANSWERS!!!!

I have placed an on-line order for a new cellphone with Telkom and have done so THREE times!!! I have tried to contact them regarding this order and nobody picks up the telephone at the call centre ***3. I have been on the phone to them for over 30 minutes each and everyday this week.<br> WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH TELKOM ON-LINE AND THEIR CALL CENTRE!!!<br> THIS SERVICE IS APPAULING!!!!!
