Telkom, never again and wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy !!!!

Service Telkom provides to their customers is a disgrace. they are good in billing customers but very poor in resolving their customers issues. i have logged numerous cases not even once have they resolved my issue and had no other choice but to cancel the contract number ********** 385 and i paid the cancellation fees and all.. however till today they are still billing me even after i have sent proof to their call center agents but clearly they just want to ******* innocent people
