TELKOM, NEVER AGAIN

Telkom, never will I refer family or friends to make use of Telkom's services. As long as it is working and payments to them are done, you can live with this provider, but wow, the day you need to change address for example, and need to get them to help you to get service at new address, you will be lucky if that will be arranged quickly. I am struggling from the 2nd of December 2021 to get service from Telkom. Eventually mid January I decided I am not calling them again trying to get everything to work. The Frogfood line is still not active and nobody from Telkom bothered to contact me back after 5 hours on the phone as you can only get everything active through the customer care line and no branch can assist. End of January, I received a bill, but still no service, they did the credit note for me, but February and March bills were received again. So, Telkom is not providing service, but the billing is done. I really hope that I will be able to get this sorted and resolved soon. I really do not want to call them every month about the billing for the rest of the year.......
