Telkom network/service

Telkom's network is so bad. I have a router with them for unlimited data, but its offline most of the time. I pay so much for such bad service. I reported it twice already. Sad thing is that it isnt just my router but all the cellphones using telkom as well. I want to cancel my wifi contract but they are charging me a penalty. Tell me, if they dont provide the service I pay for, is it fair for me to pay that penalty? I would not recommend this network to anyone. I had the worst experience this year
