Telkom network will be the death of us
I'm from Dlamini(Ext 2-5)We've been frustrated for the past 3 weeks with reception from Telkom. We've requested assistance and have ended up on self help platform which is of no use at all. It seems customer complaints and customer care are just as reliable as the network currently is. We have elderly and emergency cases not being reported. Calls are not even dropped. They just don't even connect at all

17 Sept 2023, 07:25Contacted Telkom to no avail. The reception issue has yet to be resolved. The area being Dlamini ext 5 in Soweto. Parts of Rockville and Dlamini ext 3 and 4. This is not to far from Telkom station in Dlamini Soweto.
The telephone reception is non existent one can calls but can't be heard on other side. Telkom users are complaining and Telkom is not entertaining these calls
