Telkom network sux

Today the whole day I'be been trying to buy airtime but I can't. I can't even get through to the call center. They even bother to us their clients know what's going on. Telkom has become too arrogant. When I think of all the issues I have. Like for Instance, if I switch of my phone and someone calls me. I don't get a notification. I have logged a call twice but the matter is still not resolved.
