Telkom Network Sucks!!

I have been struggling to get through to customer service for the past 24hrs wanting to report and block my lost phone and SIM card but it's, either the number does not exist or they tell me to use whatsapp self service which is useless.. Telkom doesn't take customers seriously yet we spend so much money on the network..
