Telkom network sucks

Telkom network Is always off this days I always buy a 7 days data but I use it for 2 days n forfeit the rest because network is always unavailable when it's raining it gets worse last night it was off the whole night no Telkom this is frustrating please do something about your network coverage we are losing money because of your incompetence
