Telkom network sucks

Telkom, has been having network problems for the past 3 months and the telkom company has not even tried to resolve the issue or even communicate to all telkom users, people have been complaining on all social platforms. This is a disservice to the people who are telkom supporters and customers , all our data and airtime has expired, our monies have gone down the drain. This is really a disservice.
