Telkom network problems

I recent took out a data sim contract with telkom I can't explain how bad the network is now that they so called changed network dont know what. In most areas there's no network you just get the Telkom-R error they explain how it can be resolved but that don't work they must fix this as soon or I'll have to look for better network provider thats how bad it is. It's these new data contracts and the mo nice deals it's ****.
