Telkom network problem

It is very sad that we are having telkom cellphones but we can't use it.I'm a Dobsonville resident,it's now more than a month we fail to connect to telkom network.I went to telkom Westgate mall ,Maponya mall ,Jabulane mall with a hope that I 'll get help but they just said,you are not the only one,lots of complains from Dobsonville residents about telkom network problem. My problem is that,what are they doing if I'm not the only one with this problem. I'm stuck,with a router,cellphones which I can't use but money is taken monthly.
