Telkom Network Issues – Ongoing Unresolved Problem

I have been struggling with Telkom’s network for over a year now. Every day between 17:00 and 23:00, I have no network at all. Despite logging multiple calls, the issue remains unresolved.

Each time, Telkom promises that a technician will phone me. When they do, the phone only rings once before they drop the call. Immediately after, I receive an SMS claiming they tried to reach me but I was unavailable. This happens three times, and then they send another message stating the query has been resolved — even though nothing has been fixed.

There is no proper channel to escalate complaints, no email addresses, and no direct line to call. Yet Telkom is very efficient at sending reminders when payment dates fall on weekends.

This lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable. Customers deserve reliable service and genuine support, not empty promises and unresolved issues.
