Telkom Network Issues

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Telkom today. The network has been unreliable and it has caused significant inconvenience. Due to the current issue, I cannot check my data balance, purchase data, or access any of the usual network services. Normally I rely on SMS notifications to alert me when my data is depleted, but today I am unable to see anything at all. I had previously removed Telkom messages from my spam folder, so that is not the issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that people are unable to reach me through calls. I can only see people’s messages when I am connected to Wi-Fi, which defeats the purpose of having mobile network service in the first place. This has made communication extremely difficult and inconvenient.
