Telkom network issues

Telkom is a waste of time and money. Its year 2018 and telkom network keeps dropping to 2g. The call center is always busy no joy there. My address has been put incorrect from day one , a year ago. Why ask for proof of address then?

I have no consistent telkom internet for the past 4days. Please sort it out.
