Telkom Network is Whac****! I’ve been struggling to port for over a Month.... Uselessness

I bought a telkom contract phone a month ago, with the hope of porting from vodacom to Telkom network. I’ve been taken from pillar to post since then, nobody knows why the port is not going through. When I call in, I’m told to go to my nearest store. Imagine driving over 60km daily for a month for nothing, I regret have taken a contract with Telkom. It’s useless and they just don’t know what they are doing... I’m actually canceling my contract today. I’ll take out a contract with a network company that’s a bit more efficient
