Telkom network is ripping me off!!!

I am so disappointed at Telkom network ! I have a cellphone contract with them and i get 10gig every month from them, which i am currently unable to use. I called them and spoke to a consultant who told me nonsense! She said i have used all of my 10gig data ! I'm telling her that my phone says i have used 2.9 gig so far, and why am i not able to use the rest of the gigs. Instead you guys are taking my airtime instead of the data i have! She was not helpful and to me this just looks shady as ****!
