Telkom network is a nightmare!!!

The network is a nightmare we have 3 contacts with Telkom mobile however we're unable to get connected logged a million calls. Provided with different references and last one provided is ***7, I'm advised that the technician will attend to it within 72 hours... This is the last attempt if the issue is not resolved, then can you kindly cancel two of my data contacts since I'm literally paying for mahala!! Will option for a service provider which will provide us with the network that actually works!!!
