Telkom Network Failure due to non-payment of tower servive providers

The Telkom wifi, G4 and G5 network is now unavailable for 7 days in the Bredell, KP area. It came to our attention that Telkom did not pay their tower service provider. I have already reported it 3 times to Telkom, without any reply except that they will onvestigae in 48 hours. With this failure Telkom bridge 2 contracts that I have with them - one for wireless wifi and one for mobile data. Then they request R1200 to cancel the contract.
