Telkom network coverage.

I have been with Telkom for many years even before it put these new data deals like LTE & MO' nice in place. I found that the LTE data deals made sense as they were affordable. After a couple of years being on the LTE package it suddenly stopped working out of the blue & when I enquired about it I was told that I don't have the coverage. I've never relocated, I've always lived in the same place but now I suddenly no longer have coverage for the LTE. I even thought that they changed tariffs for this.

I am just sick to death of Telkom and it's ways of pin pointing who should benefit from which data deals & who cannot. As a loyal customer for years who can't benefit from these deals whereas a customer who bought their sim just yesterday is able to access these data deals seems grossly unfair. 👎

I'm done with Telkom. I'll be moving on.✌
