Telkom network connection issues

I am so angry and definitely running out of patience. From last week I am struggling with connection as soon as I reach home but when I am in town it works. Reason I have this telkom router is so I can be able to do my school work when I get home which is so impossible right now. This is really annoying cz now I have to buy cell c data so I can be connected..I am so disappointed right now and I regret taking this contract, telkom is just nonsense right now and I don't recommend it to anyone
