Telkom network Cancelled in Error

I have had a bad experience with Telkom service provider.

My contract was due for an upgrade, but instead i called and spoke to Thabo Mokoena on 19 July 2019 to cancel my contract. The agent canceled my entire network instead. Leaving me with no access to my number.

I have been making follow up calls ever since and spoke to multiple agents who have not given me the satisfactory of resolving the issue.

I hope that you can assist and get Telkom to fix the problem.
