TELKOM NETWORK BUSY

I have a Telkom Wireless Landline phone which I was given by Telkom, to slove the copper line theft issues they have, but now I hardly have NETWORK to make a call, all of a sudden I feel ********** by TELKOM and paying for a service i cannot use
