Telkom Network are ******

I just want to make the people aware of what ****** Telkom network is. They advertise that when you buy data you can get the same data you bought free that you can use at night. They don't explain to the customers how the night data work until you call in. I called in several times and then they explain the steps of how to get to use your night data. I always go to the icon that looks like a sim card and follow the steps how they told me. Then I always check my data balance before I go onbto internet and do what I want to do. Only to find out the suppose to be night data balance stays the same and then they take your normal daily data. They ***** your data so badly is actually shocking how can you use 5 gig data in less then a month. I will never advise people to use Telkom network they are the worse ****** you can find. Then they will tell you your roaming is on which is not. I would like to know where all my data is going and want feedback from Management.
