Telkom network

Absolutely terrible network. I usually purchase 5 gbs a month offered on mo nice deals. However, the network is so bad that i cant even watch YouTube videos on 144p without constant buffering despite having one of the latest 4G LTE smartphones. As a result im only capable of using a pathetic 1.5 gb a month with the rest going to waste. Furthermore i have excellent signal within my area and i have done a my broadband speed test with dismal results.
