Telkom network

I had the worst experience with Telkom when it comes to resolving their network issues, they don't have a turn around time they tell you a technician will be there whenever they can, I mean what nonsense is that. I'm done with them. I haven't had internet connection for 2 days and I work from home. Very frustrated
