Telkom network

I have tried calling Telkom customer care for the past few days without getting through. The last call iv tried i had to wait for 12mins 34 seconds before i said its enough wait i can endure as the call was not answerd. The problem is the netwirk coverage which is affecting wven some of my naibours in the area. We cant do anything, cant watch video or carryout virtual meetings on mobile phone without interaption. Since well thy obviously cant help well just port to another network. Goodluck to those who have time and faith for *****nce. Bye
