Telkom netflix ****

I was promised 3 months free netflix when signing up for a new contract with telkom, to get the netflix voucher I need to register with my telkom account number , which nobody seems to be able to provide me with, according to the people at the accounts department I have no account with telkom. The promotion ends at the end of August, I doubt telkom will assist me by then. Just a **** from telkom.
