Telkom netflix promotion ****

I had a new adsl line installed at the beginning of August, as part of this contract I was told I would receive 3 months free netflix, I've been trying to get the voucher number for this free netflix but they tell me my account is still pending installation on the system so I can't get it until my order is completed but I've been using it for almost a month, I don't understand how it's still pending. The Chatsworth telkom store refuses to assist, they just say I must call the call centre and every time I call the call centre says I must wait 24-48 hours for the account to be closed. This seems like a **** by telkom
