I recently had a 4 meg adsl line installed, as part of the contract I was supposed to receive 3 months free netflix, it's been 2 weeks already and I have not received it, when I call the call centre they say they will escalate the problem and the Chatsworth branch of Telkom refuses to assist me, they say I must call the call centre. This is such a ****.
