Telkom netflix promotion ****

I was promised 3 months free netflix with my subscription to a adsl line from telkom. In order to activate the promotion you need to fill in your account number, which was not given to me as it's a new line installed. When I call to get my account number theu give me a different one every time which comes up as an invalid account number. This is such a **** , Telkom is a disgusting service provider, have received horrible service every time I dealt with them.
