Telkom Netflix false advertising

Telkom has sent me an sms to say I qualify for free netflix with service no *** when i try and register it gives me an error, Your supervisor tells me its because i havent upgraded my service. but your sms and website states clear as day that its an offer to existing customers and makes no mention of an upgrade. plz resolve this and send me my voucher as per your sms and advertising
