Telkom Negatively Impacts Credit Score as Accounts Department is Useless

I have no open Telkom accounts and yet my credit score is negatively impact as I have apparently missed payments for March, June and July 2020. I also have debt collectors calling and SMSing me. I login to Telkom.co.za and it shows I have no open accounts and no outstanding invoices.
