Telkom needs to wske up to customer service

<p>Had the most dreadful experience at Telkom Tygervalley and Manager Debbie Fortuin refused to come out of her office to speak to or listen to me. The agent who assisted at the que had the audasity to walk to the agents at their desks and wisper to them while pointing to me! Cancelling my account today!</p>
