Telkom needs to shut Down!!! Pathetic

After 2& a half months trying to move my telkom line ,my line gets cancelled due to cable theft in my arear. I am on a 2 yr contract with 10 months remaining in the contract,I have to pay penalties for early cancellation because Telkom is unable to assist me. The manager at the Telkom shop in Boardwalk,Richards Bay,Shireen was very rude and even spoke behind our backs as we were leaving the store because we refused to take out another contract. I am so fed up, I'm paying every month and every dispute gets cancelled,every call logged is cancelled... I have to keep calling the call center, going into the shop and no help!!! The staff act like you are the problem!!! Telkom better fix this problem!!! A new dispute was logged today!!!
