TELKOM NEEDS TO DO BETTER - EMAILS DOWN AGAIN!

Telkom really needs to get it together. For weeks now my email has been down on and off. Surely they have a back up solution when Eskom is messing us around? The problem isn't just down time but often emails never arrive and go into cyberspace.

Besides this, to get through to someone to find out what's going on is very lengthy and I have tried to ascertain if there is anyway to increase the size of attachments I receive for incoming mail and for sending but get passed around from pillar to post.

Not feeling happy with Telkom at all!
