Telkom needs to close down

Hi, i would like for someone professional to work in telkom, both at the contact center as well as the call center as there seems to be a problem with the people that work there, i took a cellphone contract and need to do a number change, when i took the contract i adviced the consultant this is what i would like to do, she advised me when i get my phone and new sim i must call telkom n they will help me over the phone, when i called telkom they told me they cant help me over the phone i must go onto the store, i then went to a telkom store n waited in a line for 1 hour and then they tell me they cant help me i must call the contact center and told me to dial 180, upset n irate i couldnt do much and came back home, i then called telkom and asked them to do the number change and the lady tells me she cant help me i must go back to the store...*** is going on...like really, i need some1 to get back to me asap.
