TELKOM needs real Management

there Is no such thing as bad service, there is only bad management and Telkom qualifies for really poor leadership as their ratong and trading results show. Every business needs to increase their sales but in telkoms case they get an opportunity to gain a new customer but can't even complete the application within two days, they promise a call back everyday but that never happens. So, who is monitoring the ill trained and poorly motivated staff? NOBODY. CLEAN UP THE MANAGEMENT (SIC) STARTING AT THE TOP AND FILTER DOWNWARDS REPLACING THEM WITH QUALIFIED PERSONAL WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO DELIVER SERVICE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS.
