Telkom needs Help!!!!!

Okay so seems Telkom Needs Help....<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> So got a Call from A sales person stating that I cant get my 20meg because I am to far from the exchange server that's 5km away from my house and my Max Speed is 8meg last week it was 4meg so 2weeks time I guess I will have my 20meg.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Then they State that I Can only get a 8meg so this is where I am going to LOL you and PAST this. 12452 kbps that's my Current Speed so for the People that don't know that is Currently Syncing @ 12.5MEG so how the F*** do you wanna Give me @ 8MEG also if you dnt now what 8meg is = 8000kbps.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> So also not if you use Telkom Coverage it states my Area is Ready for VDSL so are we doing False advertising because VDSL is 20MEG and 40MEG.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> So What Telkom needs to do and the only thing they need to do is Sync the Line Port @ 20000Kbps Because I can see it's only synced @ 14000kbs.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Also note i am Already Paying For a 20meg and that i Spoke to Telkom Technical Support Last week and the guy that I Spoke to said I Can get 20Meg.<br>
