Telkom needs a Check

I have been having terrible network for the past two weeks. The last 3 days have been hell on earth because of the poor network connection I have. The network just disappears and it shows nothing. I cannot make calls or anything. It comes back but leaves the very next second. It is the most excruciating thing to face in this modern world that we live in. I cannot work because of this. Also, the fibre in our area has yet to be attended to.
