Telkom need to review their vetting system

I app**** for a huawei p10 on 5gb freeme contract. Everything the lady tells me I qualify and my first deduction will go off the following day then they will send my phone through the post . But a few hours later I get a message saying I have been rejected due to credit vetting . I was previously had contacts with cell c and before with mtn i always played my bills . I have more than enough disposable income I got no idea how they come up that I was unreliable . Last time I checked my credit score on clearscore I scored real high . I don't understand their logic.
