TELKOM NEED TO ALIGN THEIR STAFF

I have gone to your Telkom store in Nicoleway after seeing a deal online saying that I can purchase a tp link router in store for 600 rand once off . I went in store and spoke to two ladies one of which is the manager of by the name of Semmy who has told me no that I cannot get the router for 600 I have to get it for 700 with 5GB of data but to my point I already have purchased a 40Gb plan from Telkom and need the router only so I don’t see why I have to waste more money on data that I do not need I had called the Telkom call center while there and they said to me the store should not have any issue selling me the device without the sim card can telkom please align their online staff and in store staff as this wasted my time and petrol !
