Telkom - need i say more

Telkom should not allow third parties to contact customers and sell them contracts if Telkom is not going to honour the promises made. When Cell Direct contacted me on behalf of Telkom, I was told that you receive one free screen or water damage, now the screen is broken and Telkom says that its not their problem. Pathetic to say the least. Not a chance i will renew my contracts with Telkom
