TELKOM - NEED I SAY MORE...

Feeling exhausted in my attempts to cancel a deceased person's Telkom landlines for residential use after sending mails and supporting documents to email address as indicated on the Telkom website and to all the other email addresses received from the call centre; calling the call center and speaking to the department that deals with the cancellations numerous times; filling out a form to cancel these lines and receiving a few reference numbers all to find that from May 2021 till October 2021 the we are still receiving statements for lines that were supposed to be cancelled by now. I have nothing else to say and I am speechless with disappointment and customer service that is non existing.
