TELKOM - need i say more?

Hi there if anyone at Telkom has the empathy to look at my complaint but here goes as i tried all avenues and no joy with getting hold of Telkom what so ever. Telkom your consultancy service, telephone service, internet service is putrid i am amazed that you still exist. All i want to know why is no outgoing calls can be made from ***! but all the consultants 5 consultants by the way says which is a very easy excuse "sorry they are offline and i need to call back later" ***UDGE its like they have this pasted on all their telephone etiquette notes by their phones! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CHECK OUR ERROR! OR PHONE ME! ***
