Telkom/ Nedbank

I bought R120 airtime from my nedbank account on the 2 October. I have received a notification sms to say that the airtime has been paid for. On my 8ta sim no airtime has come thru nedbank keep on giving me reference nr 8ta keep telling i should contact my bank It is more than 5 days already. What is taking so long.
