Telkom NCPA violation paid, still waiting for a paid-up letter.

Worst service ever. Two weeks to handle a query, another week to supply a paid-up letter.

This company is a true reflection of how damaging BBBEE LAWS are to the productivity and all other aspects of a company.

It is painfully obvious that the government owns shares in Telkom. Plenty of promises, with zero service delivery.

You have the money that you required (even though you are in violation of the NCPA), now you take your time with the document I require.

Completely unacceptable.
