Telkom name must change to Telkom Useless service provider and client service.

Useless! Useless! I have been waiting for my installation for more than a month. The store in Cresta said i must phone the technician for this area. He promised me that they will do the installation yesterday, i tried phoning him, but with no results!

How can you still open your doors every month with this client service?
